Product DescriptionJackson USA Select Series KV2 King V Trans Violin Brown Guitar This is a Jackson USA Select Series KV2 King V Trans Violin Brown Guitar. The Violin Brown almost looks like Trans Red. This guitar is used 2002 model but we'd have to say for a guitar that is 14 years old it is in Excellent near Mint Condition. We'd give it probably a solid 9 or 9.5. We put this side by side with a 2016 model and you really couldn't say which one was 14 years old and which one was brand new. There are a few marks on the freatboard (nothing that will show up in pics) and the Mother of Pearl logo on the headstock has a some blemishing under the actual finish but it shipped from the factory like that (See Pics). The guitar finish itself is near perfect. We don't think this guitar was played much if at all. We set this guitar up and polished and crowned the frets. It is ready to go. It has Schaller Strap Locks buttons on the guitar but the strap locks themselves are not included. The King V features include an Unmistakable look, unbelievable sound. The Jackson King V was first made for Robin Crosby of Ratt.  Robin's nick name was King hence the name of the Jackson King V.  Ever since the Jackson KV2 has become a staple in the metal world with its signature look.  The KV2 has a the more slender speed neck rather than the standard Jackson Soloist neck.  It is built for blistering fast speed.  Jackson Guitars have always been known for their fast necks and the King V is no different.  That is due to the compound radius which makes the fretboard more rounded and concave on the lower frets while it slowly tapers out to be more flat at the higher frets.  This Jackson KV2 King V is of course made in the USA and is a killer Flying V Guitar.  The Jackson KV2 is also very comfortable to play because unlike a Strat Style body there is no guitar horn to get in the way on the higher frets.  You will be burning up and down the King V fretboard.  The Jackson KV2 also features an Alder body, quartersawn eastern hard rock maple neck (through body), compound radius ebony fingerboard, Seymour Duncan® humbucking pickups, Floyd Rose® Original tremolo and black hardware.
