It also differs significantly as this is one of the 'prototype' tests for Printed Circuit Boards, with the preamp valves mounted directly on to the board. This design wasn't pursued until much later on so this is an extremely rare version!We've never seen another for sale! Product Details Serial: 427BWatts: 150 wattsValves: 4x KT88s (GEC) + 4x ECC83sTransformers: OriginalLogo: Original Plexi Block LogoKnobs: Original but the two on the right have been changedBack Panel: Original Bulgin & Ohms Selector Cosmetic InspectionThis amplifier has been gigged but looked after in it's time. As you can see, there are a few scrapes and knocks to the tolex. There is a small portion of the front panel missing, but is hardly noticeable. There is also a bit of paint to the back right, as pictured, that we believe could be scraped off easily. The original handle has been taped round for extra strength. We've tried to be as honest as possible regarding the condition and, quite frankly, it's not as bad as we describe above. The pictures show clearly the cosmetic condition from all angles. Originality We believe all the parts that matter are original, as pictured. Service History We pride ourselves on our inspections and the professional service of each amplifier, making this ready to plug in and play anywhere within the UK.
