Shipping We offer shipping to all United States via UPS or USPS. Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands may be higher than published in checkout, if that is the case, you will be contacted by someone in our staff with the correct shipping charges. Shipping insurance is already included. Payment must be received within one week of the auction close. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment has not been received within this time frame. Please allow up to 2 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from PSSL, simply return it to us within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or exchange. Please call us at 1-888-220-3159 (or 1-714-891-5914, extension 8205 if outside the USA) for a return authorization number. Re-pack the item in new condition. Please double box item including its original packaging (including all inserts, manuals and accessories) and send it back to us. Products in like new condition will receive an exchange or refund for the full merchandise value. On defective items, we will gladly pay the shipping charges to return it to us. Return And Exchange Exceptions: No returns or exchanges on computers, Apple products, CD or DVD duplicators, clothing, lamps, bulbs, opened effects juice, gels, videos, cartridges, styluses, carpet, LPs, CDs, bulk-cable, blank cassettes and CDs, slipmats, software, microphones, headphones, mouth pieces or any other expendable supplies.
