Excellent playing condition. Modified and substantially improved by Michael Usui of Dancemaster Accordions. Sounds incredible. Serafini 3-row C#/D+10 5 voice LMM Don't be overwhelmed by the bass system. It is extremely easy to learn, logical, and 100x more useful than an 8 or 12 bass system. The 5 bass registers allow for the most potent bass sound all the way to a concertina like accompaniment with the single voice. Great action. Everything working great. The inside row gives C#D players a million new options to smooth out your tunes, thousands of new rolls, opens up right hand chords and makes alot of tricky odd keys a breeze. The box was nice enough when I received it, but is amazing with Usui's modifications. Regularly played gigging box for 4 years with normal nicks and scratches. The treble side frame joints had cracks at the mitre joints but were repaired and reinforced by Usui The original wax was very dry and brittle, and application was extremely thin/weak. Rewaxed and improved by Usui 2015 Tuning tongues & valves adjusted and improved by Usui 2015 Bass tongues and valves adjusted and improved by Usui 2015 On the Keyboard, many of the Button holes, esp on the inside row, were previously not aligned well with the buttons, and also too small, causing some buttons to get stuck in the hole when depressed. The key lever springs had two problems: on every spring there was an unnecessary rubber sleeve placed over the entire length of the lower section all the way up to and into the could portion, causing the springs to become very stiff and rubbery feeling, and the tension was set too high from the factory. Button alignment & holes, enlarge holes, as needed, level top panel modified and improved by Usui 2015 Lightened and better keyboard action modified and improved by Usui 2015 Amazing Box.
