Hennis Mandolin, new and very good tone quality, breaking it in and will be playing in a show sept 17. This mando has a Engle man spruce top from Simeon Chambers in Colorado , a very curly maple sides, neck and back. Ebony fretboard with pearl dot inlays and white side dots in a ebony binding. 1-3/16" deer antler bone nut. The peghead is curly maple with a hennis ebony logo inlay. The hardware is nickel grover tuners and Gibson tailpiece and handmade ebony - curly maple bridge. A ebony endpin ghs Bobby Osborne medium light strings and .052 frets . This is going to be a killer mando on stage. Endorsed by Rickey Wood of the wood brothers, Thomas Adams of Hocking River String Band, Brendan O'Malley of Honeybucket and Spencer Sallee of the Kim Robins band. Comes with free guardian hardshell case and shipping.
