Martin D12-15M Westside Custom Edition Style XX This beautiful 'as new' Martin solid mahogany 12 string acoustic is a special custom edition imported by Westside Distribution, only available from selected Martin Heritage dealers.  It is made in the Martin custom shop in Nazareth USA, personally signed by C.F. Martin IV,  Body size D-14 fret with 25.4" scale length.  Top, back, sides and neck are all mahogany, with Richlite fingerboard, bone nut and compensated bone saddle.  Top quality Martin tuners, abalone inlays, etc., with Delmar Tortoise Shell pickguard.  Comes with original Martin top-quality hardcase.  It's in excellent condition, with no 'dings' or damage, having only been used in the studio.  You'll see from the photo that I have removed the 'high octave' bass E string (I always do this on my 12 strings to fingerpick or strum the root note) but will include a replacement in the sale.  It's less than a year old and sounds warm and beautiful, so I really don't want to sell this guitar, but I'm moving on to a different music project and am streamlining my gear and rig.  Just can't justify having such a beauty being underused.  It's a real opportunity to pick up a pro-standard Martin at far less than the RRP.    Thanks for looking.
