Bach Stradivarius Model 36 Trombone w/ F Attachment Open Configuration .525 Bore - 8" Brass Bell Manufactured in Elkhart, IN Model: Model 36 Serial # 139569Includes original hard case in great condition, cleaning kit, slide lube and Vincent C7 Mouthpiece This horn was purchased for my son (an intermediate player) in 2002. It was used very gently for 4 years. He used it primarily for stage and orchestra performances and had other "beater" horns for marching and pep band. It has been stored indoors in its case and unused for 10 years. Excellent Condition. Very few signs of wear. Almost no scratches. One minor ding at the edge of the bell (see picture), easily fixed but not necessary. In preparation for sale, the horn has just been to one of the best brass shops in Portland, OR. They were surprised by the excellent condition of the instrument. They reported that it was in near perfect condition. The slide is very smooth, F-Attachment is clean and works well. Description of the Model 36 from BachLoyalist.com Medium bore slide (0.525″) with large bore bell. For first trombone work in large symphony or concert orchestras. Remarkable high register so essential for modern symphony work. Beautiful, broad and sonorous tone, full of life. Abundant tone-volume and carrying power.
