Pianoforte Zimmermann usato ma senza alcun segno di deterioramento a livello estetico. La meccanica è invece da sistemare poiché, pur essendo praticamente nuova, deve comunque essere regolata poiché il pianoforte non è stato suonato per molto tempo. Internamente, sia corde che martelletti sono visibilmente pressoché nuovi, poiché il pianoforte è stato usato pochissimo. Inoltre è stato conservato in un luogo privo di umidità e senza sbalzi termici.
