Hand made African or African style djembe for sale, made the traditional way – from a hollowed out log! The drum is beautifully hand carved, with the dominant features being the heart and diamonds on the sides and the winding road or river, near the top and bottom. The head is also traditional skin, probably goat skin. Drum is 24 inches high, with a 12 inch head, and approximately 6 inch opening on the bottom end. I’m guessing, but it seems like it weighs about 8 pounds. Sounds great!
