1920's-30's Lakeside parlor made by Lyon & Healy. Wonderful Quarter Sawn Oak back and sides spruce top rosewood fret board. Nice natural wood binding with 2 darker stripes. 13 3/8" lower bout, upper bout 9 7/8" , body length 19", 24 5/8" scale. Guitar is very sound and condition is as Condition Description and pictures show, please refer to for any issues. Guitar has a nice tone and comes with a good cardboard case for shipping.
