Open to International Bidders!! This No Reserve auction, is for a vintage 1981 TAMA model # FG355 "Fibrestar" solid-fiberglass snare drum. This drum has a Tama "Fibrestar" badge with a serial number of # 153975..This drum has a all-fiberglass shell that measures 5" deep x 14" wide. This drum looks amazing and it really sounds great!! The shell is perfectly in round, and it will easily accept modern REMO and EVANS drum heads.This drum is factory equipped with 10 Tama snare lugs, two original Tama triple-flanged " die-cast " hoops, 20 Tama tension rods, A Tama strainer and butt plate, and a Tama internal muffler assembly. All of the parts are chrome plated, and all of the parts are free from pitting or rusting, except the top hoop. The top hoop is a factory correct Tama die-cast hoop, but it is showing signs of scratching and pitting.A newer EVANS snare-side bottom head has been installed on this drum, along with a brand new replacement Tama logo coated white batter head. The original free floating Tama 20-strand wires are intact, and they are held in place with factory original plastic straps. This drum is ready to play and it sounds great!!Shipping and Handling to Domestic U.S.A. adresses will cost $25.00 for this item.
