This is considered to be the holy grail of baritone sax mouthpieces, a Meyer New York, Medium Chamber. There is a little discoloration on the body of the mouthpiece. These pieces are fantastic playing pieces, with a beautiful characteristic sound due to their fat body and rounded sidewalls.The mouthpiece was perfected by renowned mouthpiece refacer Brian Powell.He perfected the tip, and side rails and flattened the table. The tip has been opened to 0.112, very comfortable to play and incredibly reed friendly.Take a close look to see his incredible craftsmanship. The piece has a beautiful vintage sound on my 129.xxx Selmer Mark VI baritone
Its in great shape aside from the minor scratches on the inside of the mouthpiece, probably due to someone using a mouthpiece swab or pipe cleaner. I am happy to answer any questions about this mouthpiece Don't miss out on this one!
