Howarth bassoon PARTS are need of complete overhaul. The pads are poor. There is some rust on the screws. The wood looks to be in very good condition. There is no boot joint for this bassoon. The varnish shows wear. There is no bocal with this horn. There is a new with tags Protec case with this horn.
