I don't know much about this echo plex. It's been part of my brother-in-laws collection. It looks in vintage condition and needs some tlc. Stored in a shed. Lid had some water damage to the literature. Box is 14" × 9" × 7-1/2". Yes it turns on. Red light works. Yes i feel and hear a motor. Yes the fan turns on. First time i turned it on the tape advanced. Successively it hasn't. I don't know how to use it so i am not sure if the tape can spin.
