I purchased the F8 for a couple gigs this summer. No need for it now. Downloaded the latest firmware, so in-mixer labeling of tracks takes and scenes is a great help. Besides the 8 AA batteries, I power this mixer with a HI-Q 98WH external battery from Remote Audio. This battery lasts for at least 10 hours. Lastly, I'm selling it in a bundle with my mixer bag. It's the Stingray by K-Tek. Very light and comfortable. Extremely durable. Has a detachable rain shied. This is the perfect bundle for anyone who is just starting out. Comes with original box and manual.
