Heres a near Holy Grail i picked up this summer ... a lil background im at a villagewide garage sale in New Haven NY near lake Ontario ..this older gent had an old kids guitar for sale and i asked if he had any more music stuff ...he says with a chuckle , ive got this old guitar amp up in the closet .. and he brings this out ,, he said hes 88 years old and in 1953 he bought this amp along with an aucostic guitar with a pickup to join up in his buddys Country Band ,he said he tried to learn to play but he was all thumbs and he laughed again ,, said it been up in his closet since 54 or 55...so here it is , all original everything , i had my Vintage Guitar & Amp expert over , he brought his 1970 Strat with him ,, he just said Wow , all original , even the 2 prong power cord look like new, said most of these had been Hotrodded over the years , or many parts replaced ...this amp works perfect , no ambient hum , no scratchy on the Volume ,clean clean , did i say clean sound .. this jewel should go either to a collector , put her proudly on the shelf , or a real Blues Harp Bar Playin guy or any Guitar player..
