This gem is part of a Limited Edition of only 100 pieces built to the design of Master-Builder Greg Fessler. It features a perfect factory relic job from the masters at the Fender Custom Shop, stressing attention to detail in every aspect of the aging process. This, along with the striking look of the Gold sparkle finish, gives this guitar the feel & mojo of a real old-school 60's Strat, only without the fifty-thousand-dollar price tag. From Fender:
* Factory relic features very organic and well-placed wear; finish checking, arm-wear, aged plastic parts & hardware, small dings & nicks.
* This guitar is like new, with only factory added "play-wear"
* The rosewood fingerboard looks to have been handpicked based on its beautiful rich grain that clearly resembles the Brazilian RW used in the 50's-60's.
* Includes original Custom Shop hard shell case w/ green interior, Limited Edition Certificate Of Authenticity & all factory "case candy" including Master Design booklet & CD!
