This item is in good cosmetic condition with some minor wear including scuff marks and scratches. The function buttons and connections are in good condition. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item.This item was plugged in and powered on. We were able to use the function buttons and screen properly without any issues. The screen is in good condition with no cracks or burned in areas. The connections are all in good condition and look to be fully functional. We did not test this item but beyond powering on.This item was once returned for freezing up during use and we were able to replicate such error when we received it back, however we have not been able to get the item to freeze up since then.  We have let it sit plugged in for over a week and tested it throughout this time with no issues.  Due to the issue once in the past it will be sold completely as-is.  This item includes a cover.
