Up for sale is a Jupiter 4 valve tuba in the key of BBb. This tuba looks great and plays even better. It comes with a case and a mouthpiece.The Good... The lacquer on this instrument looks new. I would say that 99.9% of the lacquer is in perfect condition. The valves and slides all work properly and are in great shape. The case is in good shape, the wheels work and the hinges are working properly. The case is clean inside and out.The not-so-good... The instrument has had a bend in the rim of the bell. You can tell is is there but it is not extreme. The lacquer is not even scarred from it. (see pictures) There are a couple of small dents inside of the bell where the bracing has pushed in to the bell slightly. 2 of the pearls from the finger buttons are missing. The case has one broken latch on the end with the bell, (The other 4 latches are perfect and the case is secure.) A puppy has chewed on one of the case handles a little.
