What makes this guitar special: A nice player's grade Les Paul Custom with a cool vintage vibe. The original Stopbar was replaced with a Kahler tremolo & the bridge pickup is a DiMarzio X2N Power Plus. She's a pretty hefty beast weighing in at 12.35 lbs, so if you need a new anchor for your boat look no further.Cosmetic Condition: Cool vintage look with good honest play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, buckle rash & finish wear. Neck: Slender profile maple neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Multi-bound headstock with mother of pearl split diamond inlays. Gibson tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" graphite nut along with locking nut. Truss rod cover is missing, but truss rod is in good working condition.Body: Solid mahogany body with plain maple cap in cherry sunburst finish. The original Stopbar & Tune-O-Matic bridge were replaced with a USA made Kahler tremolo & of course the top was routed to accommodate the Kahler. The trem arm is included; the pickguard is missing.Pickups: Gibson Pat No. T-Top neck humbucker - 7.40K ohms & DiMarzio X2N Power Plus bridge humbucker - 14.44K ohms. Both pickups have brass bezels. Dual volume & tone controls with gold speed knobs, however one is a lighter color than the other three. 3-way toggle switch & all original pots date to '78. All electronics are in good working condition.Case: Original hardshell case included. Case is in similar condition to the guitar.
