Xeno trombones feature a heavier gauge brass and a thick-walled, one-piece brazed bell which has been hand-hammered thousands of times for the ultimate in a big orchestral sound. The F-attachment section gives a free-blowing response and the entire instrument has an evenness and balance you have to experience to believe. The tone is flexible with myriad tonal colors, and gives you both powerful projection at fortissimo and subtle control in the most delicate passages. THER IS SOME SILVER PLATING WEAR ON THE HAND GRIP OF HANDSLIDE AND SOME LIGHT OXIDATION ON THE GOLD PLATING OF THE HANDSLIDE. THE HANDSLIDE IS SMOOTH, QUICK AND QUIET WITH NO ISSUES. THE F ATTACHMENT ADJUST SMOOTH, FAST AND IS VERY RESPONSIVE.
THERE IS SOME LIGHT OXIDATION ON THE ROTOR CAP AND ON THE GOLD LACQUER TUBING ENTERING THE F ATTACHMENT. NONE OF THIS EFFECTS THE TONALITY OR PLAYING ABILITY JUST COSMETIC.
