MAESTRO RHYTHM KING MRK-4Great example of this uncommon beatbox which features the superb and unique modulation section which allows you to groove an external signal (eg guitar/synth etc) using the onboard rhythms. This is stunningly-effective and a great creative tool.The MRK-4 is capable of making an average and somewhat rhythmically-challenged guitarist (I resemble that remark - Ed) sound like Nile Rodgers. Well, almost. It is very cool indeed, and a feature we've not encountered on another analogue beatbox. We'd been keen to get out hands on one of these for a long time, and the first one we found has remained in the Soundgas Studio. Serviced and in excellent working order.This current machine is in great, clean condition for its age. It has some oxidation across the front panel and a few scuffs to tolex. See more detailed photos below. USA 110/120v unit. A step-down transformer is required in the UK/EU.
