Very good condition. Small scratch on the back edge. Very small to see. Not though the paint. Tried to take a picture of it. It's hard to describe this bass. All I can say is the distinctive look of this bass lets you know your going to get an a sound that's all of its own. To the houndstooth lacquer neck. That gives it a fast and smooth playability. There are a lot of great bassist that love the sound of this thing. Paul McCartney, Geddy Lee, Ian Lemmy Kilmister. Just to name a few. I would have to say if you never played one. You should give one a try.
