Up for sale is a gorgeous looking and sounding set of Ayotte Custom made Drums from Canada in African Walnut Satin. They are now called “Classics” on the Ayotte website. They are completely custom and hand made from Canadian Sugar Maple. They are very thin six ply shells with 6-ply reinforcement rings, very similar to DW Drums. They also come with matching inlay wood hoops. The bottom hoop on the hanging floor is a plain maple with no inlay. I had to replace it a few years ago and just went with the plain maple for cost reasons. You will receive an extra wood hoop along with the one that is on the tom already. There is also a small scuff mark on the lower portion of the hanging floor tom as shown in the pictures. Here is what’s included: · 10x8 tom· 12x8 tom · 14x13 hanging floor tom · 20x16 bass drum All the drums all have new heads. The batter heads are Evans G2 and the bottom resonant heads are all factory installed Remo clear Ambassadors. All the drums were custom ordered. The 10x8 and the 14x13 were made circa 2000 and the 20x16 and the 12x8 circa 2010. All made in the same shop to the same specifications and often by the same craftsman. From Ayotte website… No international bids or shipping. (Except Canada.) Drums will ship in two boxes with drums nested inside each other.
