Straight, healthy, had it on a guitar that was professionally maintained and played beautifully. Frets are in great shape but must be newer looking at the overall lacquer wear. It has two string trees - added. If you look closely you will see that the F tuners are from a 1975. They have a slightly larger shaft and are not loose in the holes - while preserving the Fender F look.
