Arch Cittern or Arcicetra built by Andreas Ernst Kram in Nurnberg in 1764. Kram was born in 1718 and built this instrument at the age of 47, was specialized in building arch cittern and the remaining specimens (eleven originals remain with the signing of Kram, this is the twelfth!) you can see by opening this link: http://www.studia-instrumentorum.de/MUSEUM/ZISTER/biograph_zister/kram.htm Originally this instrument had a second ankle, where they were housed 8 strings, as well as 4 doubles that were fretted. The second ankle was removed in historical times to play it without the extra bass, you can restore the missing part and bring it back to the old look. Also absent is the rose. Inside there is the handwritten label of the luthier who has taken the second ankle (photo 11). It is a suitable instrument for a museum, but can be reset for a player. exists a specific literature for the instrument. On request I send detailed photos and any other information. Il secondo cavigliere dell'arcicetra è stato rimosso in epoca storica per essere suonata senza extra bassi, è possibile ripristinare la parte mancante e riportarlo all'antico aspetto. è assente anche la rosa. All'interno c'è la l'etichetta manoscritta del liutaio che ha tolto il secondo cavigliere. è uno strumento adatto per un museo, ma può essere ripristinato per un suonatore.
