This classic and venerable E-MU Emax is up for your consideration. I'll not go into all the full history here but if you've ever listened to Depeche Mode . . . you get it. One of the best samplers ever. The analog filters, i/o converters, and aliasing = magic. Mysterious, sexy, atmospheric, analog / early digital magic. This particular unit is in pretty nice shape with a working floppy drive. It comes with a stack of floppies with random sounds. At least 60% of the floppies work and some say "disk error" or give a software rev incompatibility message. Physically the unit is sound. The only thing to note beyond normal wear and tear is the black "schmootz" on the bottom edge shown in the photos. Also included is an Emax "HD SE" manual. This unit is just the original Emax but the manual may help you with most functions.
