This item is in like new condition. It includes the power cable and the rack mount screws. If you're viewing this item, then you probably know the awesome power of this pre-amp. We built a temporary house studio to record an album, and we wanted to run EVERYTHING through this puppy. Only selling it now because we are done with the studio, but it was tempting to keep it anyway.
