Fine pernambuco violin bow made after James Tubbs, silver mounted.Fine violin bow made after James Tubbs (1835/1921), one of the most celebrated English bow makers, considered "The English Tourte".It is universally accepted that James Tubbs ranks among the five or six most important bow makers in history. The bow is entirely silver-mounted, and the carving is masterly made. This rare and beautiful James Tubbs copy is suitable for experimented players and concertists. Weight : 60 to 61 grams, depending on availability. Length : 74,5 cm. Insured shipping to E.C for 25 euros including appropriate packing.
