and certified by J.F. Raffin in Paris. Louis Joseph Morizot, known as Morizot père. This Morizot bow is made in the year 1915, which is his good early period !
Louis Morizot Père won the Grand Prix at the first exhibition Artisanale de Paris in 1924. Gold medal at the Exposition Artisanale de Paris in 1927
Morizot violin bows are still wanted and respected by many amateurs and professional players.Beautiful dark-brown pernambuco stick, with an elegant shaped design and a good balance. The round stick has a fine curve, is strong and flexible.
The length of the stick is around 72,9 cm and the weight of the bow is around 60 gr.
The bow is ready to play, with new winding and leather grip. Ebony frog , with pearl eyes and three part original adjuster. All parts original and silver mounted ! We have to include all the costs and fees into our Ebay price. Please contact me if you have any questions
