Selling my beautiful 2014 Daphne Blue 60s Special Edition Stratocaster full nitro finish with serious electronics/pickups upgrade, as I have found I am more of a Tele guy and this is wasted hanging on a wall. It's in near perfect condition (hard to achieve on a nitro finish!) with only one close-up, barely visible mark behind bridge where string changing grazed the finish slightly. It has a nitro finish on the body and neck, and the neck is C-profile with a vintage tint and rosewood board with lovely grain. It is loaded with barely-played 10-46 Fender strings and is set up with a beautiful low action.The 60s special edition Stratocaster sells for over £900 new, and when I bought this it came with standard underwhelming vintage-style Mexican Fender single coils. I swapped these out for the £200 Mark Foley (Fat Boys) MC-68 hand wound pickups and electronics. This means you can now blend any combination of pickups at any level. To put it frankly, the guitar sounds gorgeous and way better than stock.
