Here is one of those horns that most people wait a lifetime to find! All I can say about this one is, WOW!!! This beautiful Selmer has spent the majority of its life in someone's closet and has been waiting its entire life to be taken out and PLAYED!!! This is a 1964 Selmer mark Vi tenor sax has a serial number of 115,xxx. It comes with the original neck that also has the matching serial number. This sax is a rare find because not only is it a museum piece with 98% of its original laq. Remaining but it also has a top-of-the-line, pro overhaul by Manny at the horn connection in Hollywood, CA. It was overhauled with his signature red pads along with its original, Selmer resonators. This horn has seen very little playing time in its life and is really a very rare find! How many more of these mint vintage Selmers are still out there??? The new owner of this sax is gonna be thrilled, whether a collector or a player. You can put it in a museum, or cherish it and play it the way it was meant to. The only laq wear on this sax is on the side E and F keys and a few small minor surface scratches in the back side of the horn. Aside from that... it truly looks like a practically brand new sax from the Selmer factory. This a once in a lifetime horn so don't miss out!!!!
