This Valco-made Custom Kraft was produced in Chicago in 1968 and sold through the St. Louis Music retail store. It is very clean and in excellent original condition. This battle-axe strat has a single Vista-Tone pickup, 25.5" scale, and a zero fret. An unusual, but delightful combination. The expanse of strings between the bridge and tailpiece really help in conjuring up sympathetic harmonies, if that's your thing. Gold foil appliqué on the pickup and tailpiece cover tie it all together. In an alternate universe I imagine Peter Brady kicking off a punk rock revolution, playing this guitar, on prime time television. Comes with original chipboard case.
