I did an Econo overhaul on this horn. This horn was in an excelent shape even when I got it from a private seller (wasn't a school horn).Took most of dents out, lacquered it with baked on high quality clear lacquer and baked in oven. Slides are working well and freshly lubricated. New rubber on valve stops. New strings.Serial number is 667062Made in between 1980-1990 Valves are clean and tight.Good compression! Comes with a new HOLTON double Frenc horn padded hard case.Comes with new French horn mouthpiece. 1 year limited warranty.
H379, an intermediate Kruspe wrap horn, this horn offers a great value for an intermediate horn.The H379 has similar playing charactaristics to those of the H179 with especially good center and projection. The larger tapers of the bell and branches produce a big, dark, rich tone. Nickel silver bell material responds quickly and the independent Bb main tuning slide allows for incerased tuning flexibility.
