if you are into hip-hop R&B country or heavy metal it doesn't matter this is definitely the mic preamp for you it does everything and more its user-friendly for all the beginners out there and for the seasoned Pros it's a breeze I have just changed the tube in it installing a New Old Stock mullard British tube for those who know what that is know the total warmth and Clarity of this tube if you ask me this machine is 4 machines in one what I mean is it has a parametric EQ it has a gate it has an aural Exciter with big bottom and it has a deesser for those who have heavy sibilance in their speech the machine was previously called the Channel Master punch it up on YouTube and you will see exactly what I'm talking about this thing is completely off the hook I hate to get rid of it but I have real life responsibilities that I have to take care of so why not give it to someone else to possibly prosper from and enjoy and it's lightly used and cosmetically sound
