Hey all, here's a pretty sweet 8 string from S7G that I am selling. Lost my job and need to not lose my house. This thing is pretty nice, and as it turns out, has some very cool history to go along with it. It's a Cobra 8 string from S7G in excellent condition, has a black limba two piece body, flame maple bolt on neck, and a thick ebony fret board. ... Other goodies include - Hipshot bridge Custom wound Seymour Duncan pickups, wound by MJ herself, and are believed to be the only pickups ever done with the "Strictly 7 + 1" screen-printed on them. Locking Sperzel tuners Volume and Tone controls 5 way pickup selector switch 2 way coil splitter switch S7G hardcase This guitar is one of S7Gs very first Cobra 8 strings, and has features you can't get anymore, like the single coil pickup. I was informed by S7G that this may be the ONLY one they ever made with the HSH pickup configuration. It was in their booth at the 2011 NAMM Show, and Tosin Abasi played it in the booth and on stage in Cleveland that year. According to S7G, this ax was likely build in '08 or '09. As you can imagine, I really love this ax! But times are pretty rough, and so I need to find it a new home. Because of it's unique history and rarity as being one of the very first S7G 8 strings ever made along with the features not usually found on S7Gs Cobras today, I am asking for $2,000, but may consider offers as well.
