For sale here is the last custom SP1200 I have in my collection.
This Emu Sp1200 has an amazing custom paint job by Bruce Forat. I've owned quite a few custom Forats and I will say the silver sparkle is my favorite. The lettering and graphics really look classic. It's fully functional and in amazing shape. All the buttons and pads trigger perfectly, pots are scratch free and the outputs are clean without hiss. The only issue is drum pad 6 is loose and not triggering, it needs a resoldering (shouldn't be too difficult) or replacement (spares show up on ebay sometimes). I've reduced the price accordingly, I had two of these silver ones and the other one sold for $5700. Otherwise everything else is working exactly as it should. Cosmetically its excellent shape, the paint job is near perfect, only very minor signs of wear. Looks really fantastic. The screen is very bright and easy to read. Check out the pictures below for more details. Includes one disk with sounds loaded and OS. Includes a new disk drive that's working perfectly. Includes power cable. Very lightly used in my smoke free pet free home studio. Check out the pictures below to make sure you like it. Large disk libraries available for additional cost.
