RICKENBACKER 12 strings from 1966, serial number FC 847, amazing sounding guitar with all original parts, including vintage RICKENBACKER hard case probably from late late 60s 0r early 70s.
It plays wonderful
-The guitar has RESET NECK (NOT BROKEN), just in some vintage RICKENBACKER 12 strings guitars neck glue don´t works correctly and the neck tends to move due the 12 string tension and the guitar action sets too high, the problem can be solved taking the neck and glue it again. In this guitar the work has been done by RICKENBACKER specialist Luthier William Young, as you can see in the photos other luthier tried first to solve the problem with two screw on the back, and this does´t works.
-The guitar has a clear coat after the work was done, it´s not refinished, the guitar has not been sanded, it is a wonderful shape.
-I can send more photos, at the end of the neck it has a small 1 cm new binding on both sides you can see in one photo, electronic all original. -I cand accept a change for a TELECASTER vintage, VINTAGE GUILD, VINTAGE GIBSON SG, HISTORIC GIBSON 330 OR 335 .....SHIPPING DON´T INCLUDE INSURANCE, Shipping to Europe
