The body rims have been scratched through constant use as can be seen in one of the pictures. The neck looks as if it may have been repainted in it`s distant past, but I don`t know for certain. I have owned this guitar for 25 + years and it was not during that time. Also, the scratch please may be repro but difficult to tell. I put a new chrome mount from a Les Paul as there was no fixing for it.
