In like new shape. Only used on 2 occasions. Kept in road case and power conditioned when used. Box, manual, and all accessories (power cord) included. There is an almost imperceptible scratch on the bottom of the unit from installing in into the rack. Also, from the factory, the back panel had a slight dent. I took a picture to show the dent. It hasn't ever affected the performance of the unit at all. I'm selling this because I bought it to use as a monitor rig for my band and I no longer need it.
