For sale is a Vincent Bach Stradivarius Model 50 bass trombone hand slide. Straight .562 bore. This sale is for the hand slide only. This is a fully restored hand slide from 1971, a "Corporation" era instrument. The restoration was done 2 years ago by one of the best instrument technicians in the business-- Brian Russell. It features 4 new tubes, a new stock Bach 50 crook, and a new "New York Bach 50" lead pipe made by Brad Close of the BrassArk/ BrassMedic. The lead pipe is in drawn, yellow brass, and is soldered in like a traditional Bach hand slide. The combination of these components have yielded a stunning playing hand slide. It is in flawless, like new condition. I might add that the lacquer (done by Brian) is in nearly perfect shape. 99.9% intact, as some people say. The original serial number is well intact-- 13,1xx. The rest of the components of the slide, like the end pin, water shute, oversleeves, etc. are original parts. This slide was just serviced and cleaned by Brian Russell in preparation for this sale (October 2016). The action is really a 10/10.  I can't imagine someone being dissatisfied with this slide. It's completely ready to go!It will be shipped in the slide shipping container pictured, and is yours to keep. I pack well, and ship fast. Thanks for looking. Feel free to contact me, if there are further questions you may have.
