This auction is for a semi-pro Yamaha YCL-52 Bb Clarinet in great condition with all new pads! This instrument is difficult to find for sale because they are such high quality instruments. Easily beating out the intermediate level YCL-34 and YCL-450 in terms of response and tuning. This absolutely fabulous clarinet is one of the best money can buy without going with a fully priced professional model. 52s are difficult to come by because they are only rarely sold by their owners. I can see why. This instrument is an excellent player, It is made from a high-quality wood that responds well and is easy to learn on. This particular instrument is in excellent condition. There are scratches on instrument body from normal use, and the logos are faded, but visible. The silver plating on the instrument is stunning, but has plating wear on a several keys. The case is a leather bound original Yamaha case in great condition. It is compact, leather bound, extremely sturdy, and looks beautiful. It is heavy-duty to protect your instrument.
