This is a 100% original UNMODIFIED in any way early 1966 blackface Fender Deluxe Reverb. It is untouched and has been out of circulation in one family for the past 50 years. All the tubes are original (including the black plate RCA 6V6 power tubes). Both channels work perfectly with no scratchy pots or any issues with any of the knobs. The reverb is deep and warm, and the vibrato pulses smoothly without issue. The circuit is 100% untouched (note original Mallory capacitors in close-up photos). The speaker is it's original 12 inch Oxford 12K5-6 and dates to the 13th week of 1966. The original power transformer, choke, and internals date to the 6th week of 1966. The internal production sticker date is June, 1966. The handle is original and intact. The grill cloth is original and has no tears or snags. The original vib/rev footswitch is included and works great. Yes, the tolex is really that clean. I used a damp cloth and a bit of vinyl cleaner to clean it up. No armor all here!!
