Here is an Epiphone Les Paul Jr that has been completely redone with upgraded components. The body has been done in vintage cream nitrocellulose lacquer and the neck has been done in a ultra smooth natural stained finish. Awesome feeling neck. Lets begin with the tuners. I have used HipShot Black Locking Tuners. The nut has been replaced with a Graph Tech Tusq XL. The bridge has been upgraded with a Graph Tech Resomax fully adjustable wrap around bridge. The pickup is a Gibson USA P94. This pickup is the same as the P90 just designed to drop into a humbucker style route. The electronics are an Emerson Custom prewired LPJR kit with Bumblebee capacitor and switchcraft output jack. The control knobs are Gibson USA as the Emerson Pro pots are USA fine spline. This is a great playing and sounding Jr. If you don't want to spend a grand or more this is a great option. You won't be disappointed. This guitar will ship in an Epiphone hard shell case. This is the solid mahogany body type. Weight is around 8 Lbs. This particular guitar was born a T.V. yellow model. The body was completely stripped, sealed and refinished in nitrocellulose lacquer.
