This is obvious because the hammers have zero wear. The piano was professionally tuned by Bruce Springsteen's personal piano tuner who also is our personal piano tuner. It's ready to go. The case is in beautiful undamaged condition and has only the most minute and typical signs of wear on top when people placed photos on it as many often do. BUT NOTHING significant or unusual for a piano of this era-in fact it really looks as fresh as a new piano. The bench is included with all original documentation.
