Hello and welcome to my auction,a very unique treat here, this 'lightly used' condition and strikingly beautiful Gibson USA Les Paul "Goldtop" features classic looks with its traditional 'Goldtop' finish and Worn Mahogany back and sides (rare, as they only make the Goldtops with black / dark backs now) - all with a Satin VOS feel that brings together one of the most iconic Les Pauls ever made. However, beyond the veneer is a very different beast...Sporting an upgraded set of pickups, the Neck Humbucker is now a Gibson USA Custom 61' featuring Zebra bobbins, while the Bridge Humbucker has been replaced with a black Seymour Duncan SH4 (JB), both of which feature push/pull coil-tap options via the volume pots. A Sprague Orange Drop capacitor gives life to the master Tone control, while the second tone is replaced by a on/off micro switch that controls a Gibson 15db on-board Boost Pre-Amp that really punches the sound into overdrive and makes the most of these enhanced and beautiful pickups.The neck profile is a comfy 60's Slim-taper and the headstock sports classic Kluson Deluxe Keystone Tuners - she looks, sounds and plays absolutely brilliant and is a real player's guitar - very Bonamassa in terms of overall look.The condition is excellent, very well looked after but I am advertising as 'used' so that the buyer will know to expect some signs of use, wear and play throughout. Electrics are all spot-on and I have popped a brand new 9V Battery supply in the guitar (which is easy-access via a battery pack flip cover located on the control back plate). I am financing some new studio equipment including a new pedal board and amplifier so I have to sadly bid this one farewell, hoping she will go to a good home and be regularly enjoyed!!!I am including a brand new Tan Brown Fitted Les Paul Hardcase with 60's Pink Interior & Silk Dust Cover (worth £80.00) absolutely FREE if the buyer pays the full 'buy it now' price, so I have priced to sell, sold 'as seen'
