Used, it is been kept in a no smoke studio, kept in a flight case with is included in the sell, manual and disk are there.220 volts it can be changed to 110 volt by just opening the synth and moving a switch inside and replacing the fuse. I did not do it as I have 220 volts in my studio and to be honest unless you get the right fuse they will be going often. so I would highly recommend to use the synth with a step converter as even if you get it to work in 110 volts here we have 60 Hz and in Europe is 50 Hz and this units do like it.
