This is a gorgeous Cordoba Solista with spruce top. Purchased new 2 years ago as a B Stock item. 2 very minor faults that do NOT impact playability or sound at all, some glue leakage on the the 'top' side (6th string) fretboard, it is flat and smooth to the touch after being refurbished by the manufacturer. Also a tiny line/crack in the finish above the sound hole near the fretboard on the 1st string side (both shown as best as possible in photos). I absolutely love this guitar but am going a different direction with guitar and only need to sell this to fund the purchase of some new gear. It's a great deal for you on a great instrument, just like it was a great deal for me.
