CALL FOR A HANDS ON DESCRIPTION OF ALL OF OUR INSTRUMENTS! *** $16,950.00 or BEST OFFER! ***Ref# 00563: This is a well-played and well-loved Fender Sunburst Stratocaster with a late 1956 neck, an early 1957 body and the original 1958 tweed case. Serial # 16388. The body and neck both blacklight beautifully, but from the color of the body we are sure it's been refinished (many moons ago). All the parts are '57 original and it has a killer Ash body, Maple neck and frets are great! The neck is your typical '56 soft "V" shape, one of my faves. At low volume she purrs like a kitten, open 'er up and she lights up the sky! The weight is great at 7.1 lbs. and she plays effortlessly. You could tell somebody really loved this guitar. A great player and will hold its own all day long over any other Strat.
