This is a new Gibson Custom Shop Johnny A. Hollow Body Electric Guitar. Carved solid mahogany back and sides of one piece mahogany in deep red. Top is Quilt Maple Carved archtop- M2M. Gold Bigsby and hardware. Dual Classic 57 Pickups. Mahogany mid-sized profile as designed by Johnny A, with JA Serial number on HS. Ebony fretboard with specially designed mother-of-pearl inlays. Weighs in at 6 pounds 8 ounces. Ships in the OHSC, and the original Gibson carton. Brand new condition, unplayed. Satisfaction guaranteed by us. No Gibson warranty as we have no relationship to them. Returns accepted if description is inaccurate, or there are defects in the guitar. Else 5% restocking fee may apply. See photos below. This guitar was slated for Japanese distribution but was purchased by us before it left the country. Why gorgeous pieces like this often go to Japan is odd. They are produced for that market, and way over and above the USA JA edition which sports a fairly plaint top in a red and orange flame.
